- The medical goes through Wafid (formerly GAMCA) — 60-day validity, locked to the country on your visa. Timing matters: book only when your demand is confirmed.
- ECR-stamp passport? Emigration clearance at the Protector of Emigrants office is required before flying — we process it through eMigrate as part of the job, not as an extra.
- Take a receipt for every rupee you pay any agency. It is the law, not a favour.

How long is the PCC valid for a Saudi Arabia work visa?
Employers usually accept a Police Clearance Certificate for 6 months from the date of issue. Time it after your demand is confirmed, not before — an early PCC is an expired PCC by the time the file reaches the embassy.
Does the Saudi Arabia work visa medical need GAMCA / Wafid?
Yes — Gulf medicals run through Wafid (formerly GAMCA) approved centres. The report is valid for 60 days and is locked to the country on your visa, so book only after your Saudi Arabia demand is confirmed — a medical booked for the wrong country is money wasted.
What if my passport has an ECR stamp?
ECR-stamp passports need emigration clearance from the Protector of Emigrants office before flying to notified countries including the Gulf. It is processed through eMigrate as part of our job — it delays nobody who files early.
