It means the work visa is employer-sponsored — you pay ₹0 visa cost to us. You still pay the statutory third-party costs that belong to hospitals and government offices (passport, Wafid/GAMCA medical, police clearance), plus our transparent service charge, which is explained in full and agreed with you in writing before you commit. No hidden charges.
8.What happens to my money if the visa fails?
Our standing rule, told to every candidate before any payment: pay part first — the visa is issued against it; balance only after the visa is in your hand. And if we fail to provide the visa, the amount you paid is returned. Third-party statutory costs (medical, police clearance, passport) are not refundable by anyone, because no agency collects them for itself.
