Hanman Travels is a Government of India authorized overseas recruitment agency (MEA licence RA5501045), head office Korutla, Jagtial District, Telangana, with a branch in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This policy explains what information this website handles and how we treat it.

This website has no user accounts and no on-site application forms. It does not store your personal details on the website itself.

When you contact us through the WhatsApp buttons, email links or phone numbers shown on this site, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation (for example your name and phone number). We keep these conversation records so we can respond to you and for our business documentation.

If you proceed with a job application, we collect documents such as passports, medicals and certificates through WhatsApp, email or our office, as required for recruitment under the Emigration Act 1983 and employer requirements. These stay in our office systems — they are never published on this website. Candidate documents are shared only with the parties required to process your deployment: the employer, the medical centre, and visa / eMigrate authorities.

We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization (and, at times, a Meta Pixel) to understand which pages are useful to visitors. These tools may set cookies and collect aggregate usage data. We do not use them to build advertising profiles of website visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — the website works fully without them.

We never sell your personal information, and we never share candidate or visitor data with anyone except the parties required to process a recruitment, or when required by Indian law.

If you want your conversation records or contact details removed from our records, email [email protected]. We will delete them, except where we are required to keep recruitment records for statutory or audit purposes.

This site links to WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google. Once you open those services, their own privacy policies apply.
