Hanman Travels is a Government of India authorized overseas recruitment agency (MEA licence RA5501045, verify it on emigrate.gov.in), head office at Old Bus Stand, Korutla, Jagtial District, Telangana, with a branch in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Operating since 1992. These terms cover both the use of this website and the basics of engaging our services.

• Overseas recruitment and placement for candidates — matching you to a genuine employer demand, trade test guidance, documentation, visa processing and pre-departure briefing.
• Recruitment services for overseas employers — sourcing, trade testing and deployment of Indian workers against your demand letter.
• Travel-related services: group and individual ticket booking, passport guidance and document attestation assistance.

We charge a transparent service & processing fee for recruitment, documentation and visa processing. It is explained in full and agreed with you before you commit — never discovered in the middle of the process. The work visa itself is employer-sponsored: you pay ₹0 visa cost to us. Statutory third-party costs (passport, Wafid/ GAMCA medical, police clearance certificate, attestation) are paid to their respective offices and are separate from our service charge. Every rupee you pay at our office gets a receipt.

• Stage 1: a part payment starts the process — your trade, job card and full terms are confirmed to you in writing on WhatsApp.
• Stage 2: the visa is issued against the part payment — you see the process moving before paying the full amount.
• Stage 3: the balance only after the visa is in your hand.

If Hanman Travels fails to provide the visa, the amount you paid is returned. That is the standing rule of this office, told to every candidate before any money moves. Third-party statutory costs (medical, police clearance, passport, attestation) are not refundable by anyone — they are paid to hospitals and government offices, not to us. Corridor- specific timelines (for example Europe-class routes) are always given to you in writing before your first payment.

• Give only true documents — forged papers end the process immediately, without refund of third-party costs.
• Complete your passport, medical and police clearance honestly and on time.
• Once the visa and flight ticket are issued, those costs are already spent — a backout at that stage is settled as per the terms told to you before your first payment, the same for every candidate.
• Never hand over your original passport before you have a confirmed offer in writing.

The visa is granted (or refused) by the destination country's authorities, and the job offer belongs to the employer. We run a genuine, documented process — employer demand, trade test, visa filing, eMigrate clearance — and every stage is checkable. No agency can "guarantee" a government's decision; anyone who promises that is misleading you. Your written job card (trade, country, salary, contract length) is the document that must match reality on landing.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Emigration Act 1983 and the rules of the Ministry of External Affairs. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jagtial, Telangana.
