What is the total cost of MBBS in Russia?
For the universities we currently work with, first year totals ₽480,000–530,000 (≈ ₹5.1–5.6 L) including tuition, hostel and insurance, and later years run ≈ ₹3.6–4.3 L/year. Over 6 years most families budget roughly ₹30–35 L including food, flights and visa costs. You get a written year-by-year estimate before you decide, and tuition is always paid directly to the university.
Is the MBBS taught in English? Do I need to learn Russian?
Yes — the MBBS program is English-medium. You will still learn conversational Russian: it is useful in hospitals and daily life, and a Russian language course runs alongside for university interaction.
Do I need NEET to study MBBS abroad?
Yes. To practise in India after a foreign medical degree you must qualify NEET and later clear the FMGE/NExT licensing exam in India. We tell every family this upfront — beware any agent who hides it.
Can students work part-time in Russia?
Russian law allows full-time students at state-accredited universities to work. Typical student jobs are in delivery, warehouses and cafes. Earnings depend on the city, the hours and the job — we do not promise any income figure, and studies come first.
Is the Permanent Residency (PR) pathway real?
Russia offers an education-based temporary residence permit (RVPO) during full-time study, and graduates can apply further under Russian immigration rules. The pathway exists, but approvals are decided by Russian authorities — nobody can guarantee PR. We guide the paperwork honestly.
