    Share your manpower demand

    Send us your requirement — trades and numbers, destination, salary and terms, accommodation/food, required-by date and any demand letter or block visa. Use the Request Workers form or WhatsApp. We respond within one business day.

    Agreement & authorisation

    We execute a recruitment agreement and the authorisation needed to recruit against your demand or block visa (for example via Musaned for Saudi Arabia). Roles, terms and timelines are documented up front.

    Sourcing & trade testing

    We source from our pan-India network, verify experience, and trade-test skilled roles against your benchmark — including welder qualification testing to your WPS where required. You interview in person, online, or delegate selection to us.

    Medicals & emigration clearance

    Selected workers complete GAMCA / approved pre-employment medicals and police clearance, and we process MEA emigration (eMigrate) so every worker is legally cleared to travel.

    Visa, travel & deployment

    Visa stamping, ticketing and mobilisation are arranged to your agreed dates — as a single batch or staggered to match your project ramp-up. Workers arrive deployment-ready, on documented contracts.

    After deployment

    We stay reachable for onboarding queries, documentation and replacement support, and handle repatriation at end of contract. A single point of contact owns your account throughout.

Process FAQ

How long does the full process take?

It depends on the destination, trade and how quickly selection and visas are completed on the employer side, but a typical mobilisation runs in the order of weeks once the demand, agreement and visas are in place. We mobilise in batches where speed or accommodation is a constraint.

Can we interview candidates ourselves?

Yes. You can interview in person at our offices, conduct online interviews, or delegate selection to us against a clear specification. For skilled trades we provide trade-test results to support your decision.

What do you need from us to start?

Your company details, the destination country, the trade breakdown and numbers, salary and terms, the required-by date, and any demand letter or block visa you already hold. The Request Workers form captures all of this.
