How long does recruitment and mobilisation take (lead time)?
Once the demand, recruitment agreement and visas/permits are in place, a typical mobilisation runs in the order of a few weeks, depending on the destination, trade and how quickly selection and visa stamping complete on the employer side. For large or time-critical orders we mobilise in scheduled batches aligned to your project ramp-up.
What does it cost, and do workers pay any placement fees?
Our charges are transparent and agreed up front in the recruitment agreement, with no hidden costs. The work visa is employer-sponsored. Recruitment, documentation and visa-processing service fees — plus any employer-side costs such as medicals, mobilisation and ticketing where applicable — are set out clearly before you commit.
